Do you do supply and install?

Yes, you can order any one of our products ex-factory, and you have the choice of DIY or Installed. If you choose the DIY option, you can either pick up the product or we can arrange to have it delivered to your site.

Can I build it myself?

Yes, once you have approval from your local council, most small sheds, garages or carports can be installed over a couple of days or a weekend. We supply user friendly detailed assembly instructions with all our products.

Do you have DIY Kits and what do they include?

Yes, we provide all basic components including assembly instructions.

Is the product bolted or fully welded?

Our products are fully welded using heavy duty plates and bolt connections, jig welded trusses are bolted directly to the columns which makes for a simple build with excellent stability and strength. Fully welded portals and A frames delivering a superior build accuracy, strength and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. This is why Olympic Industries is an installers' preferred build.

Do you have standard sheds and what are their sizes?

We offer a wide range of spans and heights to suit your required needs, simply contact one of our building consultants at any of our display sites.

How do I know what shed or garage is suitable for me?

We manufacture and sell Olympic Industries domestic, rural and commercial sheds, garages and barns. Our wide range of shed and garage designs is diverse and varies based on your needs, usage and site location/s.

How long until it’s delivered?

DIY Kits and standard sheds, garages, carports and verandah’s can be delivered within a short lead time which can be discussed with your building consultant at any of our display sites. Supply only customised sheds, garages, carports and verandah’s take slightly longer due to specific engineering and calculation requirements. Installation of standard & customised products can be installed after local council approval has been received.

Can an installation job be delayed?

All installation jobs are scheduled, organised and arranged with you, the customer. Weather conditions for example can cause delays, Olympic Industries will keep you up to date on the progress.

Do I need council approval?

Not all structures require council approval but we advise you consult with your local council for guidance.

Will you organise my council approval?

We can supply you with a council approval pack for your own submission or take the stress away and we will handle it for you, it’s your choice!

Do I need to level and prepare the site prior to installation or post installation?

You will need to prepare your site prior to the installation. Olympic Industries will supply you with a detailed site preparation manual at time of purchase.

What are the colour options for sheds?

Olympic Industries garages and sheds come in a number of BlueScope Steel colours that can be designed to fit your style and choice. You have a number of colour variations to choose from. We also supply sheds and garages in zincalume or galvanised finishes with your choice of cladding types such as corrugated, OP and Uniclad.

How long is your quote valid for?

Quotes are valid for one month from date of issue.

Do you provide concrete slabs and footings?

Yes, concrete slabs and footings can be supplied in the metropolitan area. In regional areas, you will be required to provide them.

I have an existing shed and I would like to extend on this, can you quote to suit?

We will extend on your existing shed if it is an original Olympic Industries product.

Do you provide a structural warranty?

Olympic Industries, offers a structural warranty and it is valid for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of supply. Olympic Industries also offer a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty in regards to installations.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, cash, cheques and direct deposits (EFT).
